We're committed to your satisfaction and sustainability! Here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds:

I. What We Accept
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

II. Conditon
Items must be in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used, opened, or lit products (such as candles that have been burned or wax melts that have been melted). Exceptions to this include:
 • Damaged or defective items: Contact us immediately with photos - we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
 • Wrong item shipped: We'll cover return shipping and send the correct product.

III. Return Process
Process in returning is as follows:

2. We'll provide a return authorization and prepaid shipping label (if applicable).

Burn & Return Program Information

Help us reduce waste and go green! Our Burn and Return Program rewards you for reusing containers from eligible refillable products (candle jars, wax melt clamshells, and any others we specify).

I. How It Works
1. Fully use your product (burn the candle or melt the wax).
2. Clean the container thoroughly (remove any remaining wax/residue for safe reuse).
3. Return it in person in good, reusable condition (no cracks, major damage, or excessive residue).
4. We'll inspect it and issue a 25% discount code valid on one replacement item of the same type (e.g., a new candle for a returned jar).
Note: Currently in-person only to ensure containers are properly inspected and sanitized for reuse. (We may expand this in the future!)

II. Why In-Person
Handling used containers via mail adds complexity, shipping costs, and environmental impact - we want to keep this program simple, safe, and truly sustainable.
